Our shipping policy: We want to get you your orders as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly.When will my order arrive?
Standard Shipping This shipping method is the default available. Delivery times are between 7 – 12 days to all major destinations.
Expedited Shipping This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 – 5 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, We also have Expedited options available for most items, which means your order will arrive 3 or 4 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
When will my order ship?
Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
Most order ship within 24 hours. After execute an order, we will send tracking number by e-mail, and providing inquiry addresses.

Can you ship to my country?

Where is my order

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. Tips for shipping

A) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there’s a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong. 

B) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent. 

Our warranty lasts for 7 days from the date your order was received, please note if 7 days has gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For an eligible return:

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Our free returns are strictly only applicable for any errors or damages caused by us and approved by our quality control team.
4. For sizing matters or other related issue, any shipping fee back to us will not be covered and will be bared by the customer himself. However, we will be happy to give you a one-time exchange for an additional 15% Exchange Fee before proceeding.
5. We highly recommend returning all items using a traceable shipping method, as we will not be held liable for lost packages.
6. Any return or exchange item will have to be approved by us and qualify with our 95% RULE first before we are able to further process your request.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All our sneakers and clothing are 95% and above accurate to the retail, this really depends as each batch is made very limited in order to maintain TOP quality & consistency throughout. At here, we are soo confident that we are able to guarantee that all our products are 95% and above accuracy or you will be entitled to a new replacement for free. We make products that y’all can wear with confidence.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase such as order number and invoice confirmation number from us that was sent to you when your order was placed. Kindly go to Make A Dispute page to submit your order request and our support team will assist you within 24 hours.

Notice: Do not send your purchase back to our sender’s address, we will be sending you a returning address once you reach out to us. A 15% restocking fees will apply for cash refunds, or a full refund on life-time store credits, so you can shop with us again anytime.

Refund or Exchange Strictly Not Accepted:

1. Order/s that has already been processed & shipped out from our warehouse after 7 days.
2. Items not in its original condition, worn, has damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error.
3. Items which are returned after  7 days of receiving your order.
4. Order/s that has already been processed & shipped right after cancellation is being requested.

Steps to Exchange or Refund:

1. Submit a ticket request on our website and be as detailed as possible while filling in the information.
2. After submission, allow our inspection team up to 48 hours to decide wether or not your order meets our free refund/exchange policy. If disapproved, a 15% exchange fee will be incurred to proceed with your request.
3. Upon approval for any Exchange or Refund, you will have to submit your return/shipping slip to us via our ticket form or email us, and we will send you another email to notify you that we have confirmed your request. We will also notify you once your new item/order is being delivered.
